Design and planning: Determine the concept, form and size of the custom fiberglass sculpture.
Preliminary model: Create a preliminary modelof the sculpture by handmade or digitally.
Mold making: Make molds with appropriate materials to ensure accurate reproduction of prototype details. Pay attention to the durability of the mold and the ease of demould.
Preparation of fiberglassmaterials: Select appropriate fiberglass materials. Ensure the quality and performance of the material meet the requirements.
Coating resin: The resin is evenly coated on the inner surface of the mold. Pay attention to control the thickness and uniformity of the resin.
Laying glass fiber: Laying glass fiber on the resin to enhance the strength and stability of the fiberglass sculpture. Make sure the fibers are evenly distributed to avoid holes or overlaps.
Curing process: Let FRP cure under certain temperature and time conditions. Control the curing process to ensure optimum strength.
Release treatment: Carefully remove the cured fiberglass sculpture from the mold. Take care to avoid damage to the exquisite sculpture.
Trim and polish: Trim the sculpture to remove excess parts. Fine grinding to make the surface smooth and flat.
Detail processing: Emphasize the details and features of the sculpture to make it more vivid and lifelike.
Color treatment: spray paint or other color treatment as needed.
