To help you better understand our process, we’re sharing a real conversation example. From the very first message, to placing the order, to reviewing the final photos, and finally the client receiving the sculpture.
Step 1
Initial Conversation
Tell us what you have in mind — the size, style, placement, or any inspiration you’re working with. We’ll guide you through the options and help shape the idea.
Step 2
Proposal & Quote
Based on your needs, we’ll prepare a clear drawing. We’ll make adjustments until everything feels right to you. After that, we’ll prepare a detailed quote based on the confirmed materials, dimensions, and any specific requirements.
Step 3
Order Confirmation
Once the details are set, you can place the order with a 50% deposit or full payment. We’ll secure your production schedule and confirm all final specs. We'll provide a detailed dimensional drawing for your signature confirmation.
Step 4
Handcrafted Production
Your sculpture is handcrafted by our experienced artisans. If needed, we can share key progress updates so you always know how things are moving along
Step 5
Final Photos for Approval
When the sculpture is finished, we’ll send you detailed photos from multiple angles. You’ll have a chance to review before we ship.
Step 6
Delivery & Client Photos
Your piece arrives safely packed and ready for installation. Many clients share photos once it’s installed. And we always love seeing it in its new home!
