Payment Terms:

Remaining balance of $4,349 USD (40%) to be paid before shipment, once the sculpture is completed and confirmed ready.
Late Delivery Clause:
If the sculpture is not delivered by August 11, 2025, the buyer will be entitled to a 10% discount on the total order amount ($1,087 USD), deducted from the final payment.
Other Notes:
Final balance must be paid before shipping.
Any delay caused by the buyer (e.g., late approvals, late payment) will not be counted against the delivery deadline.
