❖DELIVERY METHOD
Cooperated with reputable professional carriers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all deliveries.
Expedited shipping orders will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or other express delivery to ensure all goods arrive promptly and efficiently.
❖PACKAGE METHOD
Secured by reinforced Styrofoam and heavy duty plywood crates, all the goods would be delivered to the destination in perfect condition. PREMIER SCULPTURE makes every effort to ensure that each custom masterpiece is perfect and shipping without any damage.

❖SHIPPING PROCESS
Once payment is received it will take 1-2 business days to process your purchase, and then we will provide a detailed CAD drawing of your sculpture for production approval. Once we get your approval, we will start production within 1 business day and complete it within 35-42 natural days (5-6 weeks) (NOTICE: Bronze sculptures need 49-63 natural days), the finished product photos will be sent to you for approval before shipping. Normally, delivery time takes about 84-98 natural days (12-14 weeks).

Once your order has shipped, we will email you delivery information.
Freight deliveries do require a delivery appointment,which our freight carrier will coordinate with the recipient. Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Freight carrier shipments are delivered curbside Monday to Friday.
You will receive a call from the freight carrier to confirm delivery time, usually 24 hours in advance. Missed calls or failure to return calls from the delivery company will cause in possible delays. Delays due to the carrier's inability to reach you, or refusal/delay by you the recipient, may result in the accrual of storage and re-delivery fees. You would be responsible for any fees charged by the freight carrier.
Unloading Requirements: Deliveries are curbside only. The driver will not move items to your home. You are required to have 3-4 able-bodied persons available to offload the sculpture. The lift gate may not be used if there is any overhang, so assistance will be needed to handle the crate.
Inspection: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Sign the proof of delivery only if the package is in good condition. Report any damage within 2 business days to ensure proper handling.If your package has been signed and we have not received any damage report within 2 business days upon receipt, we default that the goods arrive in good condition.
❖ Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (excluding payment obligations) if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, embargos, sanctions, civil unrest, labor strikes or lockouts, acts of government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).
In the case of a Force Majeure Event affecting the import or delivery of goods, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, providing details of the nature and expected duration of the event. The obligations of the affected party shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.
If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party, without liability, except for any obligations that accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event.
