Basic series

The base makes small size sculpture look more elaborate. Select the sculpture base shape, we offer basic shapes for you. If you would like to design any other shape of the base, pls let us know your ideas and we can help you complete it. (Email: info@premiersculpture.com)

Hidden Series

Hidden bases are usually used for outdoor sculptures or large-scale sculptures which can make the sculptures more secure.

Dig the hole according to the size of the plan and place the base into the hole.
Fill the hole with concrete around the base.
Wait for the concrete to set.
Once the concrete is set, cover the base with soil, grass, mulch, or other landscaping elements to hide it from view.

Rotating Series

The Rotating Base is designed to enhance sculpture effect by adding dynamic movement. The base has an integrated motor. The motor ensures smooth, consistent rotation.

Remote control can also be added to the rotating base. By adding a control unit to control switching, speed and timing rotation. Gives you the flexibility to adapt to any situation. If you need remote control functionality contact us for quote.

(NOTE: The default rotating base shape is round. If there are special requirements, you can make a note on your order.)

Custom Light sculpture:

Light sculptures combine artistic design with advanced lighting technology.

The sculpture incorporates LED lights that can display a variety of colors whether a single light color is required or multiple color switches. If you need to design the light sculptures, pls contact us. We will design according to your requirements, provide you with drawings.

Remote control is also provided. The remote control provides the flexibility to set timers for automatic lighting schedules and select from various color options and lighting effects. If you need control functionality contact us for quote.

Custom Fountain

Adding a fountain effect to a sculpture can significantly enhance visual and sensory appeal, transforming a static piece into a dynamic focal point.

To successfully integrate a fountain effect, careful planning and design are necessary. We will design the fountain effect according to the different shapes of each sculpture.

When selecting the size option, we indicate the largest dimension. Whether width, depth or height, detailed dimensions will be provided in the CAD/3D drawings. This ensures that you have a clear idea of the sculpture's overall scale.

All Sculptures (except fiberglass): 3 years from the date of purchase

Fiberglass Sculptures: 1 years from the date of purchase

Parts(lights):1 years from the date of purchase

Parts(Electric Rotating Machinery): 1 years from the date of purchase

Parts(Fountain Pumps): 1 years from the date of purchase

Coverage:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in any sculpture manufactured by PREMIER SCULPTURE under normal use for the specified duration from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, PREMIER SCULPTURE will repair or replace, at our discretion, the sculpture or any of its parts that are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

What Is Covered:

Structural Integrity: Cracks, breaks, or other structural issues arising from defects in material or craftsmanship.

Material Defects: Flaws in the stainless steel, marble, bronze, fiberglass, or other materials used in the sculpture that compromise its aesthetic or functional quality.

(NOTICE: Metal and stone finishes can have minor, natural defects inherent in the raw material, as well as variations in color and texture, which may not match samples or renderings shown to Buyer at the time of consultation. All sculptures are hand made and small imperfections in the finish may occur as a natural, uncontrollable characteristic of the fabrication process. Natural aging processes may affect the look and color of unpainted or non-powder coated metal, including but not limited to natural patinas for bronze. These imperfections shall not be considered defects.)

Workmanship: Faulty carving, casting, or assembly that affects the sculpture’s appearance or stability.

What Is Not Covered:

Out of the warranty period：Products beyond the warranty period

Damage Due to Improper Handling: Including but not limited to, dropping, mishandling, or improper installation. Artificial damage is not covered by the warranty.

Natural disasters: Damage to products caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, flood, earthquake or fire.

Environmental Damage: Damage resulting from exposure to harsh weather conditions, extreme temperatures, humidity, or chemicals.

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging, patina development on bronze, or slight surface scratches and discoloration over time. In terms of the nature of copper and stainless steel products, any patina, tarnish or color change that may occur in the product is normal and not covered by our warranty.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repair or modification made by a third party not authorized by PREMIER SCULPTURE.

Claim Process:

Notification: Contact PREMIER SCULPTURE at info@premiersculpture.com to report the defect. Please provide proof of purchase and detailed photographs of the issue.

Resolution: If the defect is covered under this warranty, we will determine whether to repair or replace the sculpture or its defective parts.

Limitations and Exclusions:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by PREMIER SCULPTURE. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of PREMIER.

Disclaimer:

PREMIER SCULPTURE disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages. The total liability of PREMIER SCULPTURE under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the sculpture.

Cooperated with reputable professional carriers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all deliveries.

Expedited shipping orders will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or other express delivery to ensure all goods arrive promptly and efficiently.

❖PACKAGE METHOD

Secured by reinforced Styrofoam and heavy duty plywood crates, all the goods would be delivered to the destination in perfect condition. PREMIER SCULPTURE makes every effort to ensure that each custom masterpiece is perfect and shipping without any damage.

❖SHIPPING PROCESS

Once payment is received it will take 1-2 business days to process your purchase, and then we will provide a detailed CAD drawing of your sculpture for production approval. Once we get your approval, we will start production within 1 business day and complete it within 35-42 natural days (5-6 weeks) (NOTICE: Bronze sculptures need 49-63 natural days), the finished product photos will be sent to you for approval before shipping. Normally, delivery time takes about 84-98 natural days (12-14 weeks).

❗NOTE: All products, including in-stock items, will not be shipped without your approval, so please reply to our confirmation email ASAP.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you delivery information.

Freight deliveries do require a delivery appointment,which our freight carrier will coordinate with the recipient. Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Freight carrier shipments are delivered curbside Monday to Friday.

You will receive a call from the freight carrier to confirm delivery time, usually 24 hours in advance. Missed calls or failure to return calls from the delivery company will cause in possible delays. Delays due to the carrier's inability to reach you, or refusal/delay by you the recipient, may result in the accrual of storage and re-delivery fees. You would be responsible for any fees charged by the freight carrier.

Unloading Requirements: Deliveries are curbside only. The driver will not move items to your home. You are required to have 3-4 able-bodied persons available to offload the sculpture. The lift gate may not be used if there is any overhang, so assistance will be needed to handle the crate.

Inspection: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Sign the proof of delivery only if the package is in good condition. Report any damage within 2 business days to ensure proper handling.If your package has been signed and we have not received any damage report within 2 business days upon receipt, we default that the goods arrive in good condition.

❖ Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (excluding payment obligations) if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, embargos, sanctions, civil unrest, labor strikes or lockouts, acts of government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).

In the case of a Force Majeure Event affecting the import or delivery of goods, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, providing details of the nature and expected duration of the event. The obligations of the affected party shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.

If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party, without liability, except for any obligations that accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event.

Production Process

Design planning: Determine the theme, style, size and form of the bronze custom sculpture.
Model making: Create a preliminary model of the bronze sculpture by hand or digital technology.
Raw material preparation: Select the appropriate bronze
Casting mold making: make casting mold according to the model.
Turning mold: The mold is turned over for the subsequent casting process.
Copper material melting: the copper is heated to a molten state.
Pouring: Pour the molten copper into the mold.
Cooling solidification: Makethe copper gradually cool and solidify in the mold.
Demoulding: Remove the cast sculpture from the mold.
Cleaning and finishing: Remove excess from the surface and sand the surface.
Welding: If necessary, weld the sculpture to ensure the structure is strong.
Detail work: The sculptor is meticulous in carving, showing the details and texture of the custom sculpture.
