1. From Inspiration to 3D Printing
Every custom sculpture begins with an inspiration. Our design team develops initial sketches and detailed 3D models based on the customer’s ideas and requirements.

Once the drawings and 3D model are reviewed and officially approved by the client, we move into production. The confirmed design is then 3D printed to create a physical master model.
This printed model is carefully encased in silicone to produce a flexible mold, which allows us to capture every detail accurately and prepare for the wax casting stage that follows.

2. Creating the Wax Model
After the wax is cast from the silicone mold, artisans carefully inspect and refine the wax model by hand.
Wax is easy to work with, allowing small adjustments to be made at this stage. Fine details such as surface textures, transitions, and subtle contours can be sharpened or softened as needed.

3. Making the Mold
The wax model is coated with a heat resistant ceramic material to create a mold. When heated, the wax melts away, leaving a hollow cavity. The key feature of lost wax casting.

During this stage, small air bubbles may form in the wax or ceramic shell. These can later appear as tiny pits or sand holes on the bronze surface after casting. This is a normal and common occurrence in bronze casting. While our artisans carefully fill, refine, and polish these areas during finishing, it is very difficult to eliminate them entirely due to the nature of the material and process.
4. Finishing Touches
After casting, the bronze sculpture undergoes chasing and polishing. Artisans remove leftover marks, smooth the surface, and enhance textures. A patina or chemical treatment may be applied to give the sculpture its final color and protect it from weathering.

5. Displaying the Sculpture
The sculpture is then mounted on a base or installed in its final location, whether indoors or outdoors. With proper finishing, the bronze garden sculpture is stable, durable, and visually striking. After all these steps, the bronze sculpture is fully completed, ready to be enjoyed and appreciated for generations.
